If your startup has received no more than $1 million in cumulative funding and is not older than 3 years, it qualifies for our startup discount.

Our price gets calculated based on the per seat subscription fee, along with any applicable charges for the add-ons, the use of AI tokens and additional outbound messages sent.

+0.03$ for every 1,000 AI tokens used
+ 0.001$ for every additional outreach message sent
+ 0.002$ for every additional email sent

Tracked events in Gleap refer to specific actions or occurrences that are monitored within an application or website. These can include system-defined events like "pageViewed" or "sessionStarted" as well as custom events that businesses define, such as "trialStarted" or "productBought".

Once tracked, these events can be leveraged to automatically trigger outbound messages. For instance, if a user views a specific product multiple times but doesn't make a purchase, Gleap can trigger a promotional email or display a special offer banner to incentivize the purchase. There are endless possibilities.

The great part is, that you don't need developer resources to set up these outbound messages, once the business specific events are set up.

Every plan includes a set number of tracked events. If you need more, simply upgrade your plan to fit your requirements. We won't charge you automatically for exceeding your event limit; you'll need to adjust your plan manually. This way, there are no surprise costs.

Yes, if you go with our yearly subscription and your desired invoice is over $ 1000. Just let us know and we’ll move you to payment by invoice.
