Fair use MAU Limit

All plans come with a MAU (monthly active users) limit of 50,000 MAU. If you reach this limit, we’ll keep your widget up and running, and we'll get in touch with you to upgrade you to a custom plan that best fits your needs.

What happens when my subscription expires?

You’ll still be able to log into your account. However, you won’t have access to any feedback data until you re-subscribe.

What are monthly active users?

Every unique user that visits your app or websites counts towards the MAU limit. The important part is that every unique user is counted only once per month. So if the user comes back, they will still count as the same user for the current billing period.

Can we pay by invoice?

Yes, if you go with our yearly subscription and your desired invoice is over $ 2000. Just let us know and we’ll move you to payment by invoice.
