Our price gets calculated based on the base subscription fee and the usage of AI tokens as well as people reached.
People reached means you only pay for the value you get from Gleap. The 'people reached' is calculated based on the individual users who contact you (through Gleap) or got contacted by you (through outbound messages, surveys, email, ...) within a billing period. You really only pay when some value for you was created.
Viewing content like the widget, roadmap portal or help center DOES NOT count towards the people reached limit.
Every plan includes 1,000 people reached by default. +5$/month for every additional 1,000 people reached.
+0.06$/month for every 1,000 AI tokens used.
You’ll still be able to log into your account. However, you won’t have access to any feedback data until you re-subscribe.
Every unique user that visits your app or websites counts towards the MAU limit. The important part is that every unique user is counted only once per month. So if the user comes back, they will still count as the same user for the current billing period.
Yes, if you go with our yearly subscription and your desired invoice is over $ 2000. Just let us know and we’ll move you to payment by invoice.
