Make the knowledge your team has written useful to customers in more languages. The Gleap app for Crowdin connects Help Center articles to a Crowdin localization project and brings translated content back into Gleap.
Work through a localization project
Select articles to import, translate them with a visual preview, and send the completed translations back. Crowdin offers manual synchronization and scheduled synchronization for both source content and translations.
That gives your translators a defined workflow when the source article changes, instead of relying on someone to copy updated paragraphs between systems.
Set up the Crowdin app
- Install the Gleap app from the Crowdin Store.
- Open it in your Crowdin project’s Integrations section and connect your Gleap account.
- Select the articles to synchronize.
- Translate and review the content, then sync the finished versions back to Gleap.
The app is maintained by the Crowdin team and is listed as beta. Setup takes place in Crowdin.
Use Gleap’s knowledge base to keep the source articles useful and current, and Crowdin to organize the translation work.
