We are proud to share that Gleap was presented with the Born Global Champion Award by the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber. Lukas and Isabella attended the ceremony on behalf of the whole Gleap team, and the recognition means a lot to us.
A Recognition of Global Ambition
From the beginning, Gleap has been built for teams that serve customers across products, languages, and markets. Customer feedback is rarely local anymore. A bug report can arrive from one country, a feature request from another, and a support conversation from a third. The companies that handle that feedback well are the ones that can learn faster than the market around them.
That is the work Gleap helps with: collecting feedback in context, turning requests into a visible product roadmap, and giving support and product teams one shared place to understand what users need next.
What the Award Celebrates
The Austrian Federal Economic Chamber uses the Born Global Champion Award to recognize Austrian companies that move beyond national borders early in their journey. Gleap received the award alongside 14 other Austrian startups, and we are happy to celebrate that group as well.

Looking Ahead
Awards are encouraging, but the real motivation is still the same: helping teams build better customer experiences with less operational friction. That includes our continued work on Kai, Gleap’s AI support agent, and the broader platform of feedback, support, and integrations that connect customer signals to the teams who can act on them.
We are grateful for the recognition and excited for the next chapter.
