Gleap is looking for a Head of Sales to build and lead our sales motion as more teams adopt AI-powered customer feedback, support, and product workflows. You will turn demand into a clear, repeatable sales process while staying close to customer needs and product feedback.
This role can be remote. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, manages pipeline with discipline, and can work independently with a small, fast-moving team.
You will own sales strategy, qualification, customer conversations, follow-up, and the systems that make revenue predictable. The right person is comfortable selling technical software, learning the product deeply, and helping shape how Gleap goes to market.
