Fathom is an AI meeting assistant that records, transcribes, and summarizes meetings. It helps you stay focused while capturing every important detail automatically.

Securely connect your AI agents and chatbots (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc) with Fathom MCP or direct API to record meetings, transcribe calls, generate summaries, and retrieve meeting notes through natural language.

This toolkit is available to Gleap Custom Agents through Composio. Agents can combine Gleap customer data with Fathom actions so they can read context, write updates, and trigger cross-app workflows from one place. Supported authentication: Oauth2, Api Key.

  • Connect the external app through Composio-backed authentication.
