Gleap is looking for a hands-on Head of Growth to own the experiments, channels, and systems that help more teams discover and adopt Gleap. This is a growth hacker role with real ownership: you will test ideas quickly, read the data closely, and turn what works into repeatable growth loops.
This role is based in our Schwarzach office. We want someone close to the product and the founding team, with the curiosity to spot opportunities and the discipline to turn them into measurable impact.
You will work across acquisition, activation, positioning, lifecycle, and conversion. The right person is analytical, creative, scrappy, and comfortable moving from strategy to execution in the same day.
